[Resolved]  CESC Ltd — BILLING PROBLEM

Dear Sir,

I am Dibyendu Das. My consumer no [protected].100 units extra which are adding my bill. I am already complain to CESE ltd on 07.09.09 ( complain no LT/13/20995 ). but till now it is not solve.

Pls do the needful asap.

An urgent action is requested. The enquiry report may please be sent to my E-mail ID.

For almost past 4/5 months( since June, 2009 ), my "Units consumed" is extremely high and absolutely disproportionate as per my observation. May be the meter installed against that consumer no is faulty. Kindly look into this matter. Matter seems to be serious.

my consumer no is [protected], i have two concerns one is i want my consumption line to be changed from commercial phase (that is phase 3) to residential phase ( i.e phase 1 or 2 ) please guide me in this regard and secondly

From the last year, I got increase in bill (in terms o[censored]nits ) month by month hence consumption is same or reducing after seeing bill figure. But after several complaint, we hadn’t got any action taken against the complain.
Now saturation goes up unacceptable
Therefore you are requested to investigate the reason and solve my concern.

My consumer no is: [protected]. This month CESC has charged me double my regular consumption. It is Rs. 740/-. Moreover, for other consumers in my building, either you have charged excessively high like us or dismally low.

This is absolutely illogical and is not bearable for us.

Dear Sir,
I am UMA GUHA, consumer no. [protected]. From 10A.M to 6P.M everyday I have to go out on job except on SATURDAY when I am at home upto 1 P.M.
CESC METER READERS come during my absence and go back without collecting readings. As a result I am paying same amount for last several months. Please send your inspectors/readers before 10 A.M on working days or beforwe 1 P.M on saturday.

CESC METER READERS are not coming periodically at my house since last 6 months. We have rolling shutter at our main entrance. It might happen looking the rolling shutter they go back without collecting readings. There is also the calling bell outside my residence, but nobody calls us. PLease send your inspectors/readers PERIODICALLY .

what should i do with counter part of the bill.
My consumer no-[protected] and have been making making CESC monthly bill for the last one year

through on line. But this month the bill was not shown under the head" bill due and acceptance for

payment''. In this connection I want to mention that I make payment through "online SBI''. Please

I m susila singh my consumer no is [protected].This month i got a bill of Rs.1260 for the month of june which is beyond my imagination and this month when i checked my meter reading already 100 unit was consumed which is horrible .there are only 3 members in my family and we use 2 fans and 2 light and my freeze is hardly used . you can check my average last six month bill then you will get a clear picture .

please look into this matter because each and every year this thing happens.waiting for your response.

[protected], of 60/1/4, Sita Nath Bose Lane, Salkia, Howrah-711106, am perturbed to find the abnormal escalation in the bill for June, 2011 which, you will also appreciate, is quite absurd in comparison with my unit consumption in each & every preceeding months/ years. My average consumption, you will find, remains within 140-150 unit which has become 287 unit without any reason. In the last month's bill, the amount escalated due to non payment of bill for April, 2011, the payment of which was failed due to failure in online payment due to some unknown reason.
