THIS IS REGARDING NON RECEIPT OF MONTHLY ELECTRICITY BILLS IN THE RESIDENTIAL FLAT. EVERY MONTH SOME OF THE 12 FLATS IN OUR RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT DO NOT RECEIVE THE MONTHLY ELECTRICITY BILLS OR RECEIVE AFTER THE DUE DATE FOR PAYMENT IS OVER. THIS IS CREATING NOT ONLY INCONVENIENCE BUT ALSO FORCED TO MAKE PECUNIARY LOSSES TO THE BONAFIED CONSUMERS. THE LACKADAISICAL APPROACH OF THE PRIVATE COURIER SERVICES AND LACK OF SUPERVISORY CONTROL IS CREATING TO ME AND MANY OF CONSUMERS EVERY MONTHS.
THIS MONTHS ALSO I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BILL FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2012. AND THE COMPANY DOES NOT ALSO GIVE ANY CONTACT NUMBER FOR SUCH COURIER AGENCY OR BODY TO ITS WEBSITE OR BILLS.
AN IMMEDIATE REDRESAL OR CORRECTIVE MEASURE WILL HIGHLY DESIRABLE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CONSUMERS.
