This is to bring to your notice that I am yet to get the refund of the security deposit aginst my old meter no 3693782 which has been surrendered long back. I fail to understand that why being a customer I have to follow up with your Organisation when I think its your duty to make the refund to me. I expect you to please let me know about the status about the above mentioned refund by 3 working days.
