[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Change of Name

My name is being printed wrongly in all the statements with my surname at first and first name at last. I went to the Koramangala Branch, Bangalore and requested for change of name. The lady asked me to fill a form and submit it with supporting proof, employers letter, a personal request letter. I did submit all the forms and I was told the change will reflect in 5 working days. It's been more than a month and still my name remains the same. I called the customer service and raised a complaint, but still no change. I can't believe the bank is so irreponsible!
