Changepond Technologies — fraud company
I attended interview by dec 5 and cleared 1st round .they told that i will be called by jan 2nd week for further processing.now feb 1st week is going to over.still now they didn't called.no response from them.getting money and giving job.fraud payaluga. STRONGLY AGREE HIS POINT,
I AM ALSO A CHANGEPOND EMPLOYEE, I HAVE worked around 3.6 years with this bleedy organisation & I HAVE RESIGNED BEFORE 1.5YEARS, STILL THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDE LAST MONTH SALARY,
EVERY TIME WHEN I CALL HR, THEY TOLD THEIR CHAIRMAN IS NOT IN HIS SEAT OR CHAIRMAN IS NOT IN GOOD MOOD, LIKE THIS THEY ANSWERING

I have also experienced their awful work first hand. They took on a $5, 000 web design job which was far too big for their technical skills and when I started complaining and asked to see the code, they refused to release it untilI made the final payment. Needless to say, it was so poorly coded that it needed a complete rewrite. Be very careful with this company, they hide behind big corporate names (FIFA...) but I don't for one believe they work with FIFA any more.
FIFA is not their client..they suppose to get project from them..but was refused about 10 years back.They fakely used their name to attract clients
Is the amount sum of 75, 000 is refundable????

In changepond tech asking me to pay 75000INR and sign 3yrs bond.. 1st yr will be 7000 2yr for 10k and 3rd yr is 14k..
if i want to quit the company they wont pay back money and for experience certificate, i've to pay 1.2lakh.
they are money minded, i dont want to loose my career in this company...

In changepond tech asking me to pay 75000INR & HR recruiting guys are asking 75000 for pass the interview and sign 3yrs bond.. 1st yr will be 7000 2yr for 12k and 3rd yr is 14k.. Many guys are joined like that.their recruiters are working like a brokers.if i want to quit the company they wont pay back money and for experience certificate, i've to pay 1.25lakh.they are money minded, i dont want to loose my career in this company...
Don't waste your valuable time. I disbelieved all the nasty comments about this company in internet and gone for an interview today. Once I am there I understood that they are at least 80% right.
The fellow who interviewed me (Director of Marketing) came with a prejudice - just to reject... Without even asking about my experience / competencies, he was telling - you don't match with the position and I was unable to understand the technologies they use. I questioned him back whats the job responsibilities they expect for the particular position? (which I already have experience, but in a different domain. Whatever his requirements, I want to explain and prove him, but he never was in a mood to listen and accept things. Then he tried to enlighten me with some absurdness (in sales process), which I given back. Gradually it comes to an argument and he fled from the room.
But after interview I felt - I am so lucky to escape from these senseless fellows, because working with them daily is really a pain in the a**.
