Employees Treated Badly In Changepond
Complaint on the Leads and Managers... sorry... guys Aragonts...
1) An Employee should work minimum 12-15 hours a day
2) They should work on weekends also but no salary for that.
3) Permitted leaves 2 days/Month but we should not take that.
4) Salary hike is maximum 20% i[censored] worked 15/7
5) They will threaten to fire you if you asked any questions.
6) They will not understand the employees simply hurting them for their revenue.
7) Salary will be very very less when compared to other companies
6) Hike is 15 months once
7) If a person want to relieve from their company they will not allow you
8) But if they didnt need you they will simply fire you
I wonder how these organisation still running!!!!!!!!!!!
What ever, i know what i can. And i know what i am. From my side, i worked even more than that they asked from me. And still... i really cant digest.... the way they treated me.. if at all there is God.. those people need to be treated in the same one... in the future....... Its my wish... I dont have enough strength to fight. i am so poor to withstand.. but i have the technology in my hands.. i know how to convince myself.
I know i reflected your thoughts about that company here. Atleast if the management happens to read this blog they should try to change their behaviour.
