[Resolved]  Chennai Job Service — Fraud

Dear Sir:

I had signed up with Chennai Job service for referring a brahmin cook. The representative in chennai job service Ms. Raji was very friendly and introduced us to a lady named Mrs. Jaya in her MGR Nagar office. The cook agreed to the conditions and said she would report to work from next day after a visit to our home. We paid Chennai job service Rs 5300 for this service. Ms. Raji assured us that the service charged was also for helping us with the alternative cook if we are unsatisfied with the work from the cook. We were deliberately not given the contact details of the cook which we did not stress on at the time of registration as we saw the lady in person. The cook did not report and hence when we called up Ms. Raji and Ms. Raji said the cook was sick and would report 3 days later.

After 3 days we were told the cook would report from the following month. We told that is not acceptable and we wanted an alternative. There were no alternatives for 3 more days. Later on after repeated calls,
a representative from Chennai job service by name Ms. Anitha accompanied a person for the job. As we did not have any help we agreed to her even though we were not entirely satisfied. The lady herself said she was not related to the agency and she was not a cook and did not report for work from the next day. After 10 days of follow up we still did not have a cook and have been harrassed by Chennai job service agent Ms. Raji by giving false information and sending dubious people to our home. The truth is they do not have any brahmin cook references and had been cheating us by introducing us to a so called brahmin cook. It is already the following month and if the Chennai Job service was genuine they should have atleast fixed the original cook they had introduced us.

The company does not have any ethics and do not care about the customer. They are happy to pocket the money from customer and do not feel any shame even if they do not provide the services to the customer for the money collected. When we repeatedly requested them to return the money, Chennai job service agent Ms. Raji cooly replied they do not refund money but can only provide alternative. So far its been three weeks and we did not have a cook for a single day so far.

Citizens please be informed and beware of Chennai Job service and the agent Ms. Raji. They also rename their company to Thainadu Job service. Its a shame we are unable to bring such cheats to justice.
