Trail email shows your customer service, When contacted last week your executive Ms.Anita had promised a replacement but today when called today Ms.Anita threatened that Chennai Job Services will not give replacement.

Why no email response from your end?

Why no replacement till now ?

Then if its the case as a good will request to refund the deposit or I may be inclined to take legal help.

With no other choice i was pushed to alternative maid search. Ms.Anita sent alternative maid very rigid & hopeless character by evening 6.00 p.m & with no other choice we had to accept because we had no choice as my wife was to give birth on the 23rd November 2012.

The house maid had taken at-least 10 working days as holidays & finally quit the job on 21st December 2012 stating personal reasons.

We have already Ms.Amritha @ + 91 [protected] she promised alternative will be provided but till date no response.

Your executive Ms.Anita is arrogant & speaking to her has been complicating our problems.

Request to Refund the Deposit or give an alternative House maid immediately.
