I bought enjoy from autovikas,u where with their good salesmanship sold the superiors front mudguard saying all the accessories are from authrosize vendors of GM motors. Within one week I confronted problem and send the vehicle back to them the front murguard brackets where the screws are tightened to chases are touching speed breakers, the tod the problem is rectified but problem persist.
During first service I highlighted the problem with triumph motors Jhangirpuri where they charged me rs 400 to rectify and assured me the problem will not be there.
Day before yesterday on my way to greater noida my ac stop working and gradually stopped, we tow the vehicle to Noida " shiva motors" the told me the chassis was damage and house pipe was leaked because of murguard bending . This damage was because of touching of bracket of murguard touching at speed beakers.
I donot believe gm motors will authorise/ recommend the accessories through there dealer network which are well designed for their cars/ products. " shiva motor" manager Mr. Sanjeev was kind enough to support and helped me tore,ove the murguard but sice the do nt hv house pipe of enjoy the fixed house pipe of" beat". But tok metro get rectified under accidental claim.
Vehicle never met accident but of Murguard I hv to bear unneccary expenses and bad taste about gm motors.
I strongly want u to investigate whether design of accessory recomended to us was approved by gm. If no, than dealer should bear the cost of repart and parts replaced. If approved br gm they should see into design issue and. Bear the expense of parts and repair to generate confidence in your product and promises made by you. Was this information helpful? |
