Chitralekha — not receiving issues from last 6 weeks

I am writing this complaint on behalf of Minaxiben Patel, 106 Green Run Court, Elizabeth City, NC 27909, USA. Her account number is as follows:
US 182/ - 1747/57 & CGA - 16768 18 MAR 2013. Even though She paid the money up to 18 march 2013, she has problem every month that she is not receiving the above mentioned magazine's issues regularly. She called there several times but no change. This a remainder to reconsider her complaint and mail all the issues in time.
