We have taken a ipl silver health insurance plan through indusind bank ltd on dt 07.07.2010 in the name of sunhari devi. on dt.05.04.2011 a applicant in the name of manish kumar injured by accident and on dt.14.04.2011 he got expired. we have discussed with customercare and sent all required documents on dt.09.07.2011 via pod no.22926 thr courier overnite express courier. but executives of cholamandalam help care demands more docs on time on time and we have sent the same on time to time. last time they demand only admit and reliving card from hospital and we have sent the same thr courier on dt.26.09.2011 pod no.[protected] via courier overnite express and the same has been received by executive mr. kanan on dt.28.09.11 but after sent all required docs they have closed the case and we have reloaded a complaint for reopen the claim case via complaint no.809046. but after 15 days passed there are no response given by company and we are facing a lot of problems but unable to get any satisfy reply by company. pls do the needful on urgent basis and reimburse the amount regarding the claim.
