CIBIL — Listing in CIBIL without any reference

On applying for a Car loan, I was told by State Bank of India, Fridabad that my name figure in CIBIL and there is a default of an amount of Rs.1100/= in my name. In this reference there a few questions:-
1. Why the consumer is not informed of the listing in CIBIL
2. How can it be assumed that the banks or credit card companies reporting the default are right in making their claims when there are numerous cases of incorrect debits by credit card companies which they reverse using "settlement".
3. In case any listing is found in the CIBIL why it is not revealed to the individual , in my case the bank is not revealing the detail of the credit card against which the amount is shown as pending.
4. I my case whatever loans I have taken has paid off in full, then why should I be penalised for a meagre amount of Rs,1100/=, making the loan of Rs.2 lacs impossible for me.

Kindly take necessary action in this regard. If there is any genuine amount to be paid by me, I am ready to pay.
