[Resolved]  CIBIL Is A Bottleneck In Smooth Functioning Of Banks. — CIBIL is a bottleneck in smooth functioning of Banks.

CIBIL is a bottle neck in smooth functioning of sanctioning loans to sincere customers.
Actually, I am credit card of standard charted bank since 2000, I am paying all the dues in time to the bank.

Due to information given by standard charted bank to CIBIL, my housing loan is not sanctioned,

For instance,

[1] CIBIL Request # 38643 is pending from September 29, 2009 for a decision to me. Actually, I applied a housing loan in the month of September 2009 with Axis Bank. Axis Bank told me there is an outstanding EMIs are showing unpaid by me to Personal Loan Account: 46820744 of standard charted bank. However, I paid all outstanding to this personal loan account in the month of May 2009.

[2] I sent an Email on November 18, 2009 to CIBIL for clarification of CIBIL control number[protected] which was generated by HDFC Bank. not only this, CIBIL is also not responding my query.

Now days, No bank will sanction Housing Loan to me unless my CIBIL credit report is not clear.

Question arises, are all banks working in a good manner always? Sir, I my view, CIBIL is a full proof drama of Banks to harsh any sincere customers like me. It can be a monopoly of banks to harsh some one deliberately, if proved, what are the punishment for banks, and what are benefits for harassed one.

My humble submission with Related Authorities is that-

[1] CIBIL forced to reply within 24 hours to the customers

OR

[2] Close CIBIL drama to harsh of the customers.

Related authorities are requested look seriously in this matter.
