[Resolved]  Citibank — Wrongly Debited cheque written charges

Dear Sir
I have taken top-up personal loan form CITI Bank. The Citi Bank was debited double EMI on dated 01/06/2006 and 08/06/2006. Due to above reason one cheque bounced. I make several times complain for reverses the cheque bounce charges. But they are not give proper response.
The facts of case is below mentioned.
Loan account No. PTP-CJA-2348462 in the name of K.L. Choudhary

Your City Bank have been debited EMI as follows:-
Dated Amount Remarks

[protected].00 By ECS --- Passed
[protected].00 By ECS --- Passed
[protected].00 By ECS --- Passed Double EMI Debited without intimation
[protected].00 By ECS -- Returned because double EMI debited in the month of June, 2006
[protected].00 By Cash --- Cash Paid against Dt.[protected] EMI Returned
[protected].00 By Draft -- Refund made by City Bank against Double EMI
debited on Dt.[protected] after lodging the complain
at your call centre
Your Bank Charge Double EMI in my S.B. A/c in the month of June, 2006 without intimation. And your bank refund the extra EMI in the Month of Aug.. 2006 after lodging the complain at your call centre. If you did not debited the double EMI in the month of June, 2006 then EMI of August, 2006 month easily passed.

I am enclosing herewith scanned copy of my Bank Statement in which your EMI debited.
My banker also debited Rs. 79.00 as cheque return charges by your mistake. and your bank also debited Rs. 280.90 as a cheque return charges. It is very clear that is fully negligence of your bank

Please reverse the above cheque return charges and make the payment by draft of Rs. 79.00 debited by my bank as a cheque return charges and interest for the period of[protected] to[protected] of Rs. 5876.00 by your mistake Please re sent revised statement for the financial year 2006-07.
. .
Your executives Mr. Mukesh (Times Marketing) also make commitment for last month wave EMI and I did not received till date that statment.Your executives Mr. Mukesh (Times Marketing) also make commitment for IRR 13% but your bank charges IRR 14%. That is fully wrong & illegal practice of your Bank.

It means your bank make false commitments to consumer.
