[Resolved] Citibank — Credit balance of RS 10,000 | |||
I was holding three Credit cards numbered [protected], [protected] and [protected] from.Their represntative started calling me on my mobile and wanted to possibly make some special offers. I had no time to talk and asked them to either email or call my secretary whose number I gave. They kept on repeating their tries on my mobile only. Due to the repeated harassment, I decided to cancel all Citibank credit cards. With great difficulty, numerous calls again to my mobile number and after many days, they cancelled two, but did not cancel one. I was again informed for the fourth time that someone would call me to cancel the last card. This was over one and half month ago.. My secretary, Dimple Shah is fully authorized to communicate with their people. Her number is [protected]. Their people had mentioned there is a credit balance of about Rs 10, 000 and reward points. I asked them to pay back the credit balance and forget the points. But we have no reply from them insted they are sending us bills for Rs. 160. Was this information helpful? | |||
