Credit Card — Non confirmation of Citibank credit card payment
SirI am using credit card of your bank having card number as [protected] on the name of Chander Shekher .On 28/02/2010 i dropped a sum of Rs 38500/- at fort Branch ATM Mumbai towards the payment of my credit card. but in spite of passing of more than a week i have not received any confirmation from your side on account of the above mentioned payment.The amout of Rs 38500/- has also not been deducted from my outstanding amount standing against my said credit card.
Sir, your timely action in the above said matter shall protect me from further inconvenience.

Citibank Credit Card — Not removed my name from cibil
Respected sir, this is with reference to my credit card no [protected] i was charged late fee and interest charges though i was not using the card for past 1 year, afrer lot of follow-up and call they asked me settle the amount in one shot and i did the same, they also issued me final and full settlement letter the REF No is [protected] issued in Jan 09. But my name is still not removed from cibil list which is causing lot of problems for me. Can you kindly let me know what i should do to get this resolved at the earliest.
