[Resolved]  Citibank Credit Card — nblocking salary account

i had a citi credit card which i used in 2007 and after that ther was no bill received by me... after 2 years i got an email about teh pending dues i asked for teh statement and teh due was close to 30k. i agreed to settle teh account with the citi bank guy and he sent me an email for teh settlement **From: Taneja, Manish2 [mailto:manish2.[protected]@citi.com]

**i agreed to the same i got no responce and now they have blocked my salary account for 11k.. i agreeed for teh paym,ent i contcted them to clear teh dues and this is what they do..WOW what amazing customer service.
hell will get my salary account changed as soon as possible.. good my company has option for a diff back as well.. citi bank really sucks.
