[Resolved] Citibank Credit Card — Form filled but no card received yet | |
Dear Sir, I purchased a car Maruty wagan R from competent showroom Sector-37 pace city Gurgaon, there one of the representative of citi bank filled my form for the credit card and took all required documents, But till date no status known to me and I wanted to why My card was made as i am salaried person working with reputed company and had own house in gurgaon and I have seen people with No back ground are using the city bank card why I am writting this all is because the representative of city bank available at Maruty show room says that my applecation was rejected. Please explain the reason why my application was rejected. Now I have other credit cards but as to why my application was rejected explain even I donot want a card from citi Bank. Dear Sir,
With reference to my above card number. You have charged overdue interest in the statement. The amount is Rs.809.73 which is transferred in statement of card No.[protected]. Please note that I have made all the payment against purchases on time. The statement for the month of July and August was posted to address 103, Omprasad, Manisha Nagar, Kalwa, Thane 400605 but actually is was delivered on 1st floor 203, Omprasad apt. Earlier also I have informed you the fact that the flat no.103 is on the ground floor. The statement delivered on 1st floor flat no.203 which is normally closed and I do not get statement on time.
I am holding this card for last 12 years and paid all the bill on time/regularly. I had never been in payment defaulter list. In view of this I request you to waive the overdue interest charges. I had also requested to Citibank officer, Mumbai giving details of the above facts but still no action has been taken on the matter. I again request you to waive the charges immediately. If this request is not considered I will stop using Citibank card henceforth.
