[Resolved] Citibank Credit Card — Credit card account settlement | |||
Dear Sir / Ma'am, The mail given below is self explantory. My wife (Ruhi Ranjan - [protected]) had cleared her credit card bill but inspite of that Citibank kept on adding interest on the amount. When we took up this matter with them through the good offices of Mr Julio Ribeiro, they sent this mail. But even now when we went for a new consumer loan, we find that it has not been made NIL with CIBL on the other hand its getting compounded still which had affected our credit. Request for a redressal of the same and our credit ratings to be reinstated.
