I would like to bring the following for your information and consideration. I pruchased a Maruti-800 Car through Finance in 1999 bearing registration number AP 28 M 3516 Year/Make: 0099/Maruti. The Dev Officer/Agent code is 0311/0000. The abovesaid loan was cleared in the year 2004 or so and surprised to inform you that no communication in regard to the issue of NOC and release from hypothetication.

Citi corp finance is very casual to customers after car loans are repaid. N.O.C. is one of the essential part of vehicle for further sale/ R.T. O. taxes. but they do not bother. My case is of 1999.I purchased Maruti 800 from pune in1999. Reg. no. MH14 - M957. All installments were paid upto 2004 and after 3years citi corp all of a sudden sent pending dues with penal charges . i collected details from my bank and found that the had not deposited one cheque and for fault from citi corp they refused to give N.O.C. heavy penal charges are paid. it is surprising that bank employees make blunders and customers suffer. till this date matter not sorted out and now 13 years will be completed to get N.O.C.
