[Resolved]  CITIfinancial — NO LOAN DETAILS AND STATEMENTS

I have yet not received any Statements regarding the Pesonal Loan that i have taken from citifinacial that use to have an office in Ujjain(MP) almost an year and half back. Having requested for the same many times, still i do not have any information regarding when will I be able to recieve the Loan Statemts and other details. As a result of lack of responsibility and carelessness from your side ,I do not even know my Loan Account number, into which am depositing the return back of the Loan Amount received from our side.

I have repeatedly contacted your Customer Care and have asked them as well to log a request on my behalf that have yet not received any loan statements.

to bring to your notice, the Citi financial Branch in Ujjain, for unkown resons has been shifted to another city and there was no iformation provided for this too.

As after this i will b serioudsy taking action against the company , and sending formal notice to the bank for this kind of deficiency in service and stop payment if they don't respond with a sense of responsibility.
