My Name is Jayaprakash applied for open a sb account with city union Bank from the head office is routed to go Ashoknagar branch if i will visit the branch that ac opening person will verify my orginal document and handed over the Ac Opening kit to me after that Branch Assistant Manger Mrs Lakshmi will throw my application in face after that i told through telephone ur kit also with what can i do for She (Lakshmi Asst. General Manager) Told i not signed document u will go to any officer no body will ask me she told i will ask him what is the reason i am having all record about this woman then manager told to take neccessary action with in 15 days.
