sir my name is arun and i m from govt job.one time i was surfing and in joking i registered for citysex.com for demo version.the site was mentioned that for demo version the site had to deduct only rs 150rs.but when i registered for demo version the site deduct a 3000rs from my account.i requested that site to return my money but so far the ammount has not been returned.the site accepted that the money would be returned but so far not it is,
this was my complain.sir i hav a government job and i have no time to go here And there.please guide me about this.

ur site has charged me a gold membership please refund my money in my
account.you hav charged me rs 3061.28 rupees in place of
approximately 150 rupees.my order id is 20716062 please take necessary
action immediate.and reply me otherwise i will go to consumer forum."
