SPDC — claiming prize money

i had recieved a sms from SPDC stating that i had won GBP200, 000 .. The bank holding the price money is asking for fund release order ..being in india how can i get it and there is no way i will go to uk and get it.. is there a way to get the certificate via mail or courier..and what should ve do get the proof of winning should i take a print of a mail i got// please reply ' me ...
