hi.this is regarding ph.no.[protected].being a old customer of reliance i choosed the same set for my wife on dt.12.12.07(REKHA RANI)h.no.22/648,brahi rd.nehru park,BAHADURGARH. .the day i purchased i submitted all required i.d. proof with 2 photos.from the same day the problems started.first with the SIM,i changed it with the panality of rs.100.on dt.26.12.07 from ur dariyaganj .n.delhi branch.again i have submitted i.d. proof.after just 3 hour my service has disconnected without giving prior notice.again with a long discussion with ur officer,no one is ready to tell me where my all submitted proof gone?and why giving me any notice why u disconnect the services?the only answer is ,again u have to submited-2.i am posted at madras.my wife is in bahadurgarh(haryana).she cant walk.what u want from us again we have rush towerds ur office?after checking the proo[censored]r officer has replaced the SIM,then why u r asking for resubmission?whats the benifit to choose reliance i[censored] r hurshing ur customer like this.pls.give me satisfactory reply i[censored] can?

classic — related to removal of sms pack

approximately more than one month before i got a sms from your services about a sms pack of 35 Rs.according to which i had 1000 LOCAL SMS ON ANY MOBILE(free) with one month validity. after subscription of this scheme ,ther is one rupee loss from my account regularly.i want to know about this regular loss of balance atthough scheme period had been finshed.
plz inform me why it is happen

my balance has been deducted Rs.30 on 8th sep Rs. 10 on 9th sep . I have contacted to customer care 3 times but there is no any CSR who is ready to raise my complaint regarding this balance depletion.
although I haven't taken services from my own hand.
Kindy raise my complaint against this balance depletion .

sir iam in panipat . i have one classic mobile . i purchased one mobile resendly . it was activated . but now suddenly de activated without any information. i called this following no [protected]. no responsibility. suddenly lifted and cut my call . my self lote of money losing .please reply me
