Climb First,the name should be changed to "FRAUD and FAKE".........

This institute is cheating big time to all individual in name of education. Along with me there are other 4 friends who have faced the same problem with Climb First.

Really disappointment with the way this institute is running and there is no one to actually solve this issue and ensure others dont face problems.

If you are reading this and want to join Climb First then I would request you to not join this institute as their motive is to only enroll you and post enrollment they dont even entertain you.

Please ensure not to register with CLIMB FIRST as the classes will claim that some competitor is trying to tarnish the reputation but no that is not the case.There is a whole bunch of students who are facing this problem.

The management is of the opinion that nobody can do anything to them but i ll make sure that my message reaches to each and every student.even if i can save one student from this sort of fraud i ll be more than happy.

Some of the points that were highlighted on and not fulfilled are listed below.

1) AT the time of admission they promise to take the mock test and publish the result of mocktest in 48hrs however, mock test given but the result was not shared after multiple calls and follow up at the Student care number - [protected], result was shared via sms after 2 weeks and no training given.

2) At time of admission I was told the faculty is IELTS certified however after registering on 1st May 2012, I paid the entire amount of 7500/- for General IELTS and on the very first day of my lecture on 9th May 2012, I got to know from their Trainer Mr. Frison that he is not certified but only trained on IELTS.
3) He does not know anything about IELTS he shares the basic information on IELTS which is present in the Cambridge book which we get from British Council and IDP and the information which is updated on the internet.
4) Books which I received was of Acedamic and not General while I registered for General, I returned the Academic Book to Ms. Devashri - contact number - [protected], however I didnot get the books of General, after multiple follow ups and raising voice, I received one book but no one to guide through the training as I used to go for the lecture and sit there alone without any support.
5) Most important is the fees discrepancy which is observed only at climb first. For the same course . I paid 7500/- for personal coaching, My other friend Tasleen paid 4000/-, and other 3 friends Deepak, Narendra and Vishal paid 5000/- each however no one received any training as their main focus and concern is only to make money and not education.
6) I got multiple calls from Sales person called Mr. Alves – contact number – [protected] however no call after registration.
7) I was promised by Mr.Alves and Devashri while registering that if I don’t get the band of 8.5 then they will refund my full money which is 100% and the same is updated in the template which is posted all over in their Andheri West, Laram Centre class and the same was promised to my friends aswell.
8) When I gave my first exam on 30th May 2012, I did not get the required band when I asked for refund they said they will not refund the money however was ready to give the training and after raising voice and complaining they said one trainer will be dedicated to me, which I agreed however no trainer appointed after 3 consecutive days and then I decided to register complain against them.
9) After creating scene there Mr. Manish Vijay had come to the centre to talk to us, where he introduced himself as IT Head, however later I got to know that he was CEO of the organization., If CEO cannot even mention that he is CEO then people can imagine that what he is thinking and what he want to gain in his life, its only “MONEY…….MONEY…………MONEY…………after cheating innocent peoples”.
10) I and my friends register compliant with DN Nagar, Andheri West Police Station on 20th June 2012 and was promised that the further investigation will be done by Andheri West, Paneeri Police Station however no action taken, case is with Inspector Sawant however no action taken by him yet and today informed that he cannot do anything further and need to go to consumer court.
11) I along with my 4 friends was called by Inspector Sawant and Climb First lawyer Ms. Neeta –[protected], on 25th July 2012, where Ms. Neeta promised that she will try to refund my money back however after multiple follows I got to know Ms. Neeta also quit the organization and is no more with Climb First.
12) After 2 weeks I received call from Mr. Khan – [protected], on 16th Aug ’12; where he informed us to come and meet individually where we all denied and informed him that we all 5 friends will meet together in from of Mr. Sawant, where Climb First HR Mr. Samuel along with Mr. Khan came at 8:30pm and said that they will refund me 20%, my friend 80% other 2 friends 50% and another friend 0%, which we all disagreed in from of Inspector Mr. Sawant and asked them to show the proof if any lecture was conducted, which they were asked to bring the proof, however till date no response.
13) Now we all friends have decided to go to Additional Commissioner to file our complaint, if any one wants to join us, request you to please call any one o[censored]s mentioned below on contact.
