These kind of messages are fraudulent and is a scam, popularly known as lottery scam. There are no lottery or draw schemes anounced by Coca Cola or any other company. Companies of such repute donot indulge in such kind of activities to reward any person without any reason. The message which you have received on your mobile is a variant of the similar emails which have been circulating since 2000. Incase you remit this amount, you will get an additional request from the scamster demanding additional money under some pretext or the other. This will continue till the victim is drained off the money. Infact you should not have submitted the documents at all to the sender of the message.
