I am using a sify Broaband connection since over two years and have been really frustrated with the servives provdes
this is regarding the Renewal
There Customere is one of the worst that i have come accross, to finally get thru to a human to talk you atleat have to dial the nymber 20 times, either it will get disconnected midway, the the person who comes just hangs up !!!
The Sify site again one on the worst and is there just to frustrate already harassed customer of Sify
I have been trying to renew my connection from the 05 MAy
The renew now button on the site goes no where !!!
The SMS to renew does not work
The loginpage on the broadband page does to have the credit card/ cash pay options
the only way let was to call up...and unmpteen calls talking to highly uncustomer friendly people, who have no sense to talk and know oly one answer we " we are sorry fr the inconvenience caused but cannot help you " !!!1
and this happens everytime i have to renewa my connections
I just want to know how to go about going to the consumer court for justice, as i have lost all hopes that they will every improve
