In this respect I floated my query on redemption support website but
unable to get proper response.I have registered a complaint at hp
site for that i have been given complaint identification number CCHSAP242822.
but till then i have not get any response from company side.
if my complaint is not noticed and i am not going to get any response from company side within 15 days
then i have to take judicial action
against the company.company will be responsible for all expenses during this.
so You are requested to please respond as
soon as possible that when I am going to get my PHILIPS MP4 & please
update me with current state of affairs related to my offer.
