[Resolved] Compaq Presario — model does not exist and no free gifts

dear sir, I bought my laptop compaq presario v6409tu on 19th sep 2007 from CR INFOTECH PVT LTD, Nehru Place, chandra bhavan 102-103. I came back to my home that is Bikaner and the laptop crashed on 20th. No help what so ever was provided by the dealer and no free gifts which were authorised were given to me and more over this model does not exist only on the list of compaq 6000 series. yah! The model is no longer available - and till now I didn't received my gift. I am facing the same problem.

Compaq Presario — where is my cash back?

where the hell is my cash back? iv been waiting 3 months for it! i filled out all the appropriate paper work, sent it all away... and NOTHING!! this is obviously just a scam. you guys should be ashamed of yourselves... look at all these complaints you are getting. do something about it! i want my money NOW!

another complaint here, how many ppl need to complain before you guys actually pay the money you promise???? it seriously makes me wonder why i even bought the stupid thing in the 1st place... maybe i should have gone with the dell...
