My name is Harish Kumar.We have purchased the compac v 6000 lap top .The serial NUM cnf7073qdg.Please check the details of the service carried for that laptop.Rite now also i have given for the servicing please check the details ref num [protected].

first of all i would like to say the laptop which the dealer has provided or the laptop manufactured is defective.We have changed the dvd rom .in the second servicing you have changed the battery pcb.Now again you have told that there is problem with the pcb.The pcb which you have changed is the serviced one.You people are making fun of customers and making to run behind you.You are not aware of or you people dosent have giving a quality product .We cannot run behind you.Still the laptop is under warranty .now its going to finish in april month of this year .After expiry i cannot catch you or you people cannot do any free servicing.Atleast you people are not giving quality service to the customer.I have lodged many complaints but your service team at bangalore is not giving the quality service .The first thing Your product pcb which has been fitted in my laptop is already serviced one.Now again the same problem has come with my laptop.



If suppose if you cannot give us a quality service iam going to charge you people under legal case .we are not at all satisfied with your product or laptop given to us.



send me reply as early as possible.



Until you people give a shority or reply to my mail till that iam not going to take the laptop back.

compaq presario v6000 — Battery Problem

hi friends,
i have purchased a compaq presarion V6000 laptop before one year and now its warrenty also got finished.my problem is that i m not able to charge my laptop battery more than 41% even if i will put my laptop more than 12 hours contineously for charging.
can anyone tell me that what will be exact problem and what is soluation for that.

Compaq Presari v6000 — Battery Back up

This is Omprakash sharma from Noida . I am working in OKS Span Technology Ltd.
I have purchased compaq laptop V6000 series before one year sep 2007 .

After One year there is problem in battery backup . On Batter my Laptop is only run 1 hours.

so please tell me there is any warranty on battery back up or
take relevent Action .

i purchased a compac presario V6000 3yrs back n i have a battery problem, it has completed got discharged n does not work for more than 15mins w/o external power.i have misplaced the documents of my purchase n my laptops warrenty is over.kan some thing be done?
If i need to replace my battery kindly inform me what would be the charges.

i have a problem while charging the laptop.after a complete charging i can work for 10 minutes alone after that it shows that battery low .so help me to solve this problem

Dear sir,

I am from India, & as I know the service of hp is very poor in my country. Well I have a problem with battery back up of my laptop. I purchased "Presario V6000" Laptop. At the time of purchase (for 06 months) I got 1hr. 45Min. full charged battery back up. But after this period, the back up was gradually dropped. Now I am getting only 20min. back up.



Which is shame of hp product.

My Compaq Presario battery has stopped working altogether! It works only when connected to some power source. And if there is a power-cut, the computer switches off instantly, without even giving me the chance to shut it down properly!

my compaq laptop has the same battery problem.

even worse though my motherboard broke just after the warranty finished. now it does not even start up.

i looked through the internet and everyone who bought has experienced the same problem, hp are selling laptops so that they break, so people have to buy new ones.
