[Resolved]  Nokia N 72 — complaint against nokia service centre (Mannat telecom)

My whole family members use Nokia mobile phones, I never face any Quality problem but last two month I face service problem with your end.
l bought nokia N 72 on 9.11.2008, and observe that it unable to read memory card, I give my phone to service center at MANNAT TELECOM , C-10 SECTOR-10 NOIDA on 25 august 2009 my Job Sheet No[protected]/090825/55 and EMEI No- [protected] the authority member of service center ( MR AJAY SINGH,[protected] (M), MISS RENUKA ) misleading me in whole month and never give me any satisfactory answer, when I talk to Regional Manager MR. SHAILENDRA([protected]) HE TOLD ME THAT MY MOBILE DECLAIRED WARENTY VOID , when i went to collect my cell I found that now it was not in a condition even to NOT SWITCH ON, miss Renuka ignored the fact and refuse to give any written fault of mobile.

I request you to please personelly look after the fact

I shall be highly obliged you for this kind act

I was the fan of Nokia Product till i purchased another piece of Nokia model No 3120c-1 on lost/theft of the same model .I was confident that my problem of theft will be sympatheticaly considered by the company by helping me to locate the same.On my repeated visit of the dealer i was tried to fool by giving wrong directives and compelled me to buy fresh one. I purchased another same model Mobile but there was manufacturing defect and was confirmed by the authorised service center.The mobile is under warranty period and have tried twice to handover with confirmation of its repair but on taking the possession the same problem of net work distrubance was noticed .They confirmed that there is manufacturing defect and required to be send to the Dehli for its repair but before sending some Rs. 1250/- would required to be spent for minor repair and only after that the delhi office will accept the piece for repair. I have tried my level best to knew as to how the new defect came after confirming twice about its o.k. performance?and insistence of paying Rs. 1250/- to enable him to sent my piece to Delhi office for manufacturing defect? I have lodge the complaint through email only consolation kind of reply is received any no any further communication nor any solution is arrived till date.I am up set with the services of nokia and hence my all earlier respect for the company has wiped off.Post sale services are BOGHAS and worth to buy any other product.rather than to buy and to suffer lot.
