I, too, just received a "winners notification" "FROM Yahoo". Yahoo congratulates me on my winning a 1, 000, 000.00 (British Pounds) in some 'new years sweepstake' I believe. I, too, would like to see all involved entities prosecuted. I have read some postings whereas individuals who have staked their claim... even paid some 'winners' expenses...continue to being harassed for 'more' fees before they can receive their winnings. I would like to know- At what point does this become extortion? No doubt they are operating through every legal loop hole imaginable, but it has done NOTHING to hide the corrupt nature of their actions. We're so damn afraid of stepping on someone's rights, the rights of someone's business practices, that that is exactly what we have... no rights! If you have invested some money... accept your losses. Your judicial system is not going to protect YOUR rights against fraudulent solicitations, etc., even where it leads to extortion, as they have their hands full protecting the ASS of those who have your money (not to mention all your personal info). Whats new anyway?
