sir i want to ask that why construction at tank road and bapa nagar are has been closed by the S.H.O. .i want to ask were construction a new flour at old building is also restricted by them.what is the reason if so

I would like to inform you that there is an illegal construction going on B-93.Nehru Vihar,New Delhi-54.They are constrcting a fourth story builiding(without permission)that is unauthorised and dengerous.They have covered a large area of a park,extended their balcony and fitted summersevel(without permission)for their water supply.
Before it I have complaint against this construction but any action was not taken.
sir you are requested to take immediate action against the occupier and remove the illegal construction as early as possible.
sir I don't want to reveal my identity for security reasons so plz don't reveal it and help against illegal construction and curruption.

I would like to inform you that there is an illegal construction going on Maheshwarinagar part-1 rajvinagar odhav ahmedabad-382415.They are constricting a fourth story building(without permission)that is unauthorized and dangerous.They have covered a large area of a park, extended their balcony and fitted summersevel(without permission)for their water supply.
Before it I have complaint against this construction but any action was not taken.

There is illegal construction going on the third floor of D-229. As per the regulations the construction over the third floor is not allowed in Defence Colony, New Delhi but the owner of the above mentioned place is getting the construction done. The construction is illegal and therefore violating the rules and regulations of MCD of Delhi. the construction is creating a problems to the neighbors therefore you are requested to take a immediate action.

There is an illegal construction is going on without proper map work drawing of house in D-48-A, moti nagar, new delhi-110015.
there is no map drawing pasted on wall . The builder is covering 100% of aria.
The builder has occupied whole road near he is constructing this building, made the whole area like hell, mosquitoes are growing
as there is water logging due to his construction kindly have a look in this matter,

thanking you and waitting for your early action on it.

There is a trend on building another floor on the top floor at DDA flats in Sanjay Enclave, opp G T K depot delhi 110033. This is an illegal practice.

Challenges to residents -
These flats are as old as 25 years and cannot afford another floor.
The top floors are then sold / rented to new residents causing space congestion and conflicts.
Top floor resident assumes his / her ownership on the space without any authorization.
People cannot use top floors for drying clothes in absence of any other space in the locality.
The water tanks are removed or damaged causing further conflicts and RISK of contamination (both intentional / unintentional).
The other floor owners have to bear the burden of this entire chaos when the construction is on.

Is there anyone who cares???

How do these constructions slip through the local authorities. Are they involved. DDA officer onsite, MCD officer on site, Police officers on site???

Why did we damaged construction on the Mehrauli Gurgaon road and Naraina THEN...WHY...why laws are different for us and not others.

I feel like owning an illegal organization management company to build top floors on DDA flats. Will that be a good business. HE SAYS THERE ARE A FEW COUNTED BUILDERS WHO HAVE MONOPOLY IN THAT AREA AND DOMINATE GENERAL RESIDENTS. THESE ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION AGENCIES, WHY CANT THEY BE PUT BEHIND BARS. POLICE DO SEE THE TOP FLOOR CONSTRUCTION GOING ON...WHY DONT THEY TAKE ACTION??

This friend of mine who stays in Sanjay Enclave said that its a trend now and there are major conflicts going on. ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION OWNERS THREATEN OTHERS AND THIS BECOMES A LIFE AND DEATH SITUATION. LIFE AND DEATH SITUATION...AND HE IS RIGHT AND HONEST.

THIS ISSUE HAS A HIGH LIKELIHOOD OF BEING BROUGHT TO MEDIA / TV AND IF NOT SEEN ANY ACTION BY RIGHT AUTHORITIES IMMEDIATELY, WILL BRING THIS ON TV AS A BURNING ISSUE AND APPROACH SENIOR AUTHORITIES, LAW AND COMMUNITIES, TO GET ATTENTION. THIS WOULD BE A GOOD EXAMPLE, ESPECIALLY IT IS NEAR BYPASS AND MORE OR LESS IS A START POINT OF CENTRAL DELHI...

Sub:-Prayer for stopping illegal construction in the left and right side of my house and request for compensation.

With due respect I, Nisha Tayal W/o Late Shri Bharat Bhushan Tayal R/o F-58 B, Street No 7, Near Subhash Chowk, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 would like to submit as under:-

I. That 3 years back my husband Shri Bharat Bhushan Tayal has died due to cancer, me and my two daughters are living in the aforesaid house. Younger daughter is studying in class 12th and her board examinations to be held in March, 2013.

II. That illegal construction has started 7-8 Months back by my left and right neighbours of my house by namely Mr. Jay Prakash Sharma, F-25 Street No 7 and Smt Satyawati, F-58A, Street No. 7, Laxmi Nagar Delhi 110092 Respectively.

III. That due to above said illegal construction I suffered a lot in the shape of mental, financial and physical inconvenience. Both walls of my house is badly damaged, seeped and due to that suffocation and medical diseases affecting my entire family.

IV. That we all family members are getting ill and now it’s very difficult to live in house for us all

V. That whenever we raised our voice, they are misbehaving with us and even not trying to listen us, they do not understand our problem.



I request you hereby to please take some corrective actions to stop these both illegal constructions mentioned above and further request you to please help me to get compensation from both parties for damaging my house and my family health.



I further anticipate that you will take quick actions against my request and help me as soon as possible

ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION...
Our residence RAVINDRA JOSHI have constructed a huge staircase outside their newly constructed house...
Also they have taken some parts of our area at our top in which they have constructed rooms...
They have also constructed huge balcony outside which is very dangerous in our day to day life...
I have also complaints this issue's to municipal corporations so many times...
And also to political persons but no strict actions have been taken till yet...
We have been facing so problems...
If we r buying any thing such as furniture or anything happens at our house...it will not pass through that passage..
Hope to fulfill our needs as soon as possible...
