Dear Sir,

A person name Dayaram has bought a ground floor property at 3-A, Nehru Kutia Malka Ganj Delhi - 7, MOBILE NO. OF DAYARAM[protected].
the property he had purchased on the ground floor, the roof of that property is totally damaged, and due to that there is a fear of collapsing of first and second floor also. as well as the floor of the purchased property by Dayaram is totally deteriorated.

He is now digging the floor to renovate it. He is also not repairing his roof intentially, due to that we have fear of collapsing of our 1st and 2nd floor.

I had sent serveral reminders and notices of Dayaram but he is refusing to repair his roof.

Kindly take stringent action against Dayaram (Mobile No,[protected] otherwise the building may get collapsed due to his renovating floors etc.

Sir humbly request to approach dayaram and do the needful.

NOTICE TO DAYARAM ON 4TH SEPTEMBER 2012

Dear Dayaram

I have come to notice that you have bought one no. room property on the ground floor in the building address 3 – A, Nehru Kutia, Malka Ganj, Delhi – 110 007. Which (said property) you will suppose to use for commercial purposes as Godown.

This is to bring to your notice :-

1. That the undersigned is the owner of 1st Floor of this residential building.

2. That this is confirmed by you that the roof of your room has been destroyed by pesticides / termites (Deemak) and there are a lot of cracks in your roof.


3. At the time of purchasing the said property on the ground floor you have not noticed all these things i.e. cracking of your roof, destroyed by termites etc.

4. It is also noticed that flooring of your Godown has also been deteriorated and there are a very long and deep holes in the flooring of your property.

5. It is noticed that now you are renovating and reconstructing flooring and other damages of your property.

6. Note that in process of renovating and digging the floor of your Godown there may be chances that the 1st & 2nd Floor of the building may get collapsed. In any case, in process of your renovating and digging the floor any damage or sign of damage to first and second floor or cracks in my flooring of 1st and 2nd floor or any damage to life and asset will be your sole responsibility of you, as now you are sole owner of ground floor property.

7. In view of the above, you are hereby advised that you must change your roof which has been totally destroyed very carefully, so that there may not be damage to 1st & 2nd Floor of the building.


8. All type of digging of flooring must be done very carefully, so that the building may not be collapsed.

9. It is also bring to your notice that in case of showing negligence in repairing your damaged roof (as you are now lawful owner of your property) and due to that damaged roof if 1st Floor will be damaged, so this is your whole responsibility to take care of that, because of your damaged roof, there should not be any damage to 1st floor.

10. In the event any damage to 1st and 2nd floor in process of your renovating the building and showing negligence in repairing your damaged roof will be your whole responsibility and it will be your responsibility to reconstruct/pay the whole amount of reconstruction to the owner of 1st and 2nd Floor of the building 3-A, Nehru Kutia, Malka Ganj, Delhi – 110 007.

11. Note any loss of asset and life of 1st Floor, will be your responsibility if your roof will be collapsed (which is damaged as confirmed by you).

12. Note that I had bought 1st & 2nd Floor of the building and you bought ground floor so in any event any process of renovating reconstruction by the owner of ground floor which will cause of damage to 1st and 2nd floor of the building will be sole responsibility of ground floor owner.
