Consummate technologies Pvt. Ltd. which is located in Ansal plaza, opposite dabur, sahibabad is a very low grade IT company. Their normal office timings are 10 hours on pen and papers but on regular basis they demand 12 hours of working from all employees... They recruit the employees giving false commitments...initially they keep employee on trail basis and then if they find the performance not up to the mark( if any employee doesn't agree to work for 12 hours) then they fire them out without paying even a single penny...They have done the same with a lots of employees and consequently now the company is undergoing police cases filed by various employees at different times... the Worse part of the company is that the HR head (Garima aggarwal) is the wife of the director (Abhiskek aggarwal) , and the whole company is run only by these two people. The total man power of the company is around 15- 20 employees...Abhishek aggarwal who is heading it, is reachable at [protected]. The HR dept of this company does some extra work by taking the everyday task sheet report(task sheet of 12 hours job) from all the employees...and if by any chance any employee fails to submit the task sheet after completing his 12 hrs of working every day, then the very next day the particular employee is treated like a dog by garima aggarwal....In short the company is run by only two people and they treat the employees like slaves... Not only this ...the infrastructure of the company is also very back...very congested from inside, there is no washroom , no cleaning is done on everyday basis and it stinks also from inside... I Seriously Disagree with this.Everybody has a different view, May be From ur point of you they are treating u like a slaves, But From Companies Prospective if they are paying you then they will expect something in Back, So there is no need of creating an issue like this.In spite of going one's Experience people should think this why there is only one person who has written such thing for the company, Why they are not N Number peoples who are complaining for the Same if there is any Issue in the Company Policies.
One more Thing it is written that Recruitment goes On - N - On, But they is no Selection, Its is not Like that, WE ARE SEARCHING FOR THE QUALITY NOT FOR THE QUANTITY, We Believe in this thing n That's why we never Give-Up, n Always Believe in Moving Forward with POSITIVE ENERGY, So that we Create Healthy Environment in the Company.

All the above ID's are created by one person n he is the only one who is creating such a Mess in market regarding the company. If there any problem with the director of the company then there wont be a single girl in the company, but rite now we have a staff around 10 female employees, If the above thing is true then HOW THESE GIRLS ARE SURVIVING???Who so ever you are I dnt knw but if you are ethical one then you should nt rite such a mess for the company as well as for the owners.
As far as, if we will talk about Garima Agarwal i think she is the Lady of Ethics N Manner, She will never behave in the wrong manner with any one.

I strongly disagree with the above complain as the company is working in rotational shifts of 8hrs so how it is possible to work for 12hrs as when the other shift starts the employees need to leave for others to work.
And also i don't understand how can a company gets the ISO Certification if the infrastructure is pathetic as there is regular investigation from ISO.There is proper drinking facility and a coffee machine for employees and more over if there is no regular cleaning then how people are working for more than 1 year.

i'll do something to send that company in hell. no company takes more than 8 hours work from an employee..and sunday is the fixed holiday in every company(in mnc saturday and sunday are the week off days)..i'll take legal action against that company if all of you support me..we can go in labour court and make bankruppt that company

I do not know how these consummate management guys are running the company and playing with employees carriers. If they are not able to pay salary to employees then why making fools to them. This is very shame. Most of the time 100 of people are standing outside of the office. I am really aggree with above, if someone wants to spoil his life then go and tell them he can work 24 hours. Abhishek Singh who is manager there use to borrow money from employees and never return back and once employee ask money they fire them.
