[Resolved]  Coolpad S100 — no response

sir i had bought a coolpad mobile from reliance (s.b.colony branch) on 16.04.10 as a gift for my wife i had a continuous problem complain saying that the signal is two week and gave the phone to the reliance off at saibaba colony office on 14.03.11 . for that they said that they had send it to the service center and yes there was a problem soooo, so they changed the hand set in 2 weeks ,as they said, the second hand set had the same broblem i returned the next day its self , which till date the handset is not returned its nearly 9 months up i spoke to the reliance people they say that they have allready send the mobile the same day to the coolpad cervice center in chennai, to mr.thanuj the coolpad service manager his mobile no is [protected] and i spoke to him on 16.sep.11 and he said its ok he would look into this matter and get back to me in 2 hrs. i was going on calling him he did not pickk the mobile and on 28.09.11 he picks up the phone and shouts at me and say me that he does not have the phone ,and says me that he in hospital and why i am calling him. and kept the phone i spoke to the coimbatore office and said him about this he said he will do the need full.
on 1.12.11 again i spoke to cbe office he had sopken to the chennai off and is arranging a new hand set for me and that it would be delivared to my office in 2 days it has to come from mumbai i had kept a track on but no response, today 26.12.11 i spoke to cbe cffice and got mumbai customer care manager no mr.kunal [protected] and spoke to him 0402 pm 26 dec.11 he said he would get back to me after speaking to mr.thanuj by 4 pm in the evening i messaged him up asking him what happen there was no answer then i asked him his i mail id- to which he resoponsed and gave me his email id as [protected]@yuiongindia.com and after that i am wrighting this mail to you
