1. I have made booking of Gas Cylinder about one month back.(Booking No. 1901 Dt.11.04.11)

2. Despite my several requests & reminders the dealer has not yet delivered the cylinder even after
the long period of lapse of 31 days time.

3. It is very much a recognised fact that Vapi is now well connected with Domestic Gas Pipe Lines
hence Cooking Gas cylinders must have been made available faster than earlier.

4. I am facing this problem since last 6 months and adversely affect the smooth running of my
livelyhood.

At this juncture, I pray before your goodself for justice and kind intervention for quick action to regularise the supply of my Cooking Gas against booking in time.
