Updated wrong details against my name & profile
Sir,
I have an issued with Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited (CIBIL). CIBIL have updated wrong details against my name & profile.Few days ago, I have applied a personal loan in HDFC bank & they have rejected my personal loan, because of CIBIL have updated some wrong details against my profile. After this issue I have applied for a CIBIL report with 142 rs demand draft in CIBIL organization. I had seen that CIBIL have updated a wrong loan detail on my CIBIL report(CIBIL report Control No 427973810). Based on CIBIL report I had contact with BANK OF BARODA branch. After the Bank of Baroda investigation they told me & confirm me threw email. The following details are not match with my profile, name & the Bank of Baroda have also communicated an email to CIBIL for update the right information & details against my profile & Name. I have send @5 or 6 emails to CIBIL organization on info@cibil.com, & consumerqueries@cibil.com email id regarding this issue. But CIBIL have not updated my details as on today date & not replay my emails.
As I am applying for a home loan.

Dear Sir,
I am Ramesh kumar Mallah, pan No AAQPM4041B, i saw my CIBIL Information Report on 16/1/2012. vide member no. BPO3114899. there is some information very old that is resolved by me & banker pls. UPDATE my CIVIL Inforamtion as per my record is as below : -
1. I have neither any credit card nor balance of any bank related to credit card till now 16/1/2012.
2. no i have taken up to till housing loan from any bank
3. all of auto loan is not satisfactory pls. check its on yours end then disclosed/update

I am John Dias, resident of H.No.356, GRAND PULWADDO, BENAULIM GOA.403716, &also Having Address :FLAT.NO.F1, BLDG RAZA ENCLAVE SIRVODEM SALCETTE, NAVELIM-GOA.403707, Pan No.AIKPD8747K, I saw CIBIL report On 23.01.2012 Vide Member No.BN01161769, In that Personnel Loan Of Rs.150000/-(07.02.2008) Wrongly Shown against My Profile in the report Which I have Not taken at all & For Information I had taken Only One Auto Loan Of Rs.640000/-Recently On 27.01.2011.
Please Clear the wrong entry & Update My Profile In CIBIL Report at Earliest.

As i apply A home loan from axis bank they inform me there is already a loan which is showing in cibil account .toatl amount of loan is 14098000.00 rs on dated 31/12/2005. & balanced amount is 131850.95 . i hope this is clerical mistake.sir Please clear it from my cibil account so that i can take home loan for my house. Dear Sir, Myself Neeraj Chawla S/O-Lt. B.L.Chawla R/O- A 119, Lohia Nagar, Ghaziabad (U.P.) with member ID BNO1045818, came to know through my bank- Bank of India, RDC Ghaziabad, that you are showing some OD A/c is lying pending. Also you are showing the same in the name of my elder brother Dheeraj Chawlawith member ID BNO1045818. As per best of my knowledge there are no Od A/c. in favour of us & we never have gone through the same.
Therefore you are kindly requested to either provide the details of the same or rectify the matter.
Kindly do the needful at earliest possible.
