Hi friends,
I,m posting this to make every one aware of live cheating. Basically I,m from AP and I work in Bangalore. I used to travel once in a month to my native place. 7 month back, I booked a ticket online for 1450/- as that day was weekend and heavy rush. Unfortunately, the ticket was not booked and ended up with an error message, but amount was deducted from credit card. I called the contact number provided on their website, they told that they will deposit this money back and asked me book again. Tried again, amount deducted and same error message. Called them again, they said that the seat I,m booking is next to a lady and told me to book another seat no and they will refund the wrong deductions. Finally, they are supposed to refund 2900/- to me. I,m following up from almost 9 months. No one responds.
I sincerely request every one to be careful when u r doing online transactions and pls share me info if you have. I want to teach these people a lesson.
