Cyber Cafe — printing setup is wrong

there is a computer cafe opposite to ayurveda college, GE Road. His printer set up is wrong. They are making customer fool. If one is going to print one document it does not show confirmation message and continuing printing. This way they are charging high from me. I have to print one copy. But it printed six time as there is no any confirmation of successful printing from counter no. 3 . Please investigate and close this cyber cafe.
