Sub- Unauthorized dairy farm [Dengue and Mosquito Prevention]
Respected sir,
We are residing in the sainik enclave part-1 jharodha kalan road opposite C.R.P.F camp New Delhi-72
Sh. Ramavatar S/O Omparkash H.NO.RZ-47 is running unauthorized dairy farm[buffallow type]. Due to that lot of dengue mosquitos have been developing in water stand surrounding our colony [buffallow dung and flow of drain] . It is also providing a foul smell which is directly impacting on kids and old persons living in our surrounding. We are in acute problem . In this colony, there is also problem of drainage of water system. Due to wastage of buffallow dung.
Sh. Ramavatar S/O Omprakash has been dump pile of straw near my house openly since last 1 year which is coming into my house by air which makes my house as well as colony, polluted and dirty. Due to this straw their is a problem of breathing of my family memers.
I requested so many times to them about to keep their straw coverd properly but they refuse me & do not understand our problem.
On date (01.06.2012) Smt. Mukesh W/O Ramavtar came to near her straw, I asked to cover straw but she shouted and abused badly on me and say I will never covered it you can do anything even call police also. Then I dial Ph.No. To call police at 8:20 am, police come and saw the condition of my home , after seeing they had gone back and say, this matter deal's with local police {comlaint regester in polic station baba haridas nager DD no-10A Dated 01.06.2012}
On date {02.06.2012} Mr. Ramaavatar come at my house boundry and abuseing & saying why you complaint to police aginst us and he pickup the brick for hitting my son, he also threatening, you should withdraw your complaint otherwise you and your's family would face direconsequances for the same, then again i call the police at {9.11 am}. Police come and ask about the matter and go back they would promise for sanding local police.
therefore you are requested to take appropriate action in this regard and punish assused person as per law.
