[Resolved]  Datawind Aakash — Datawind not refunding Order Cancellation Amount

I had cancelled the Ubislate Order in May and had given account details for refund on July 18th to Datawind. But till date Datawind is giving false promises of refund and still has not given any refunds of 2999/-.
One communication on Aug 25th Claims they have not processed refund and other email says on 11th Aug they have processed refund.

I have checked in my Bank Accounts online, there is no credit back to
my HSBC Bank Account #[protected] of amount Rs. 2999/-
Kindly Check if the transaction is made to right account as I have
described below.
On 25th Aug you confirmed the refund has not been processed and you
claim that its processed on Aug 11. I have given the Account details
clearly on 3 communications.
