Dear Sir,
This is for your information that, I have a credit card of your bank and the card number is 5120429990404076. There is serious problem about the delivery of the account statement of the card to my residential address, which is given below:

HSBC Bank — Credit card closure

I had HSBC credit Card in 2008 and I was not using it, but there is written off amount of 40K is shown on my latest CIBIL report.
I went to HSBC branch in Basavangudi Bangalore and enquired about it and ask to close the it. THey asked me to first update the KYC details of my account. I have submitted application form alongwith the other documents.
but it has been more than 10 days and they are still no updating the details and they have now no information of it.. they are saying that I have given request only for Phone number update only.

HSBC Credit Cards — Given offer to convert to EMI but after the purchase they say it cannot be converted

I got a call from HSBC customer service, that I have an offer to convert any amount into EMI and offer is available till Nov 07 2015. So I made a jewellery purchase of Rs.70, 000. And when I called customer service for converting the purchase into EMI, they say its not possible for converting to EMI and they say they cannot do anything. Now I should be paying more interest unneccessarly. I wouldn't have bought it if I was not offered the EMI option in the first place. What should I do now?...

I was trying to do a transaction on a site which didn't go through after after hour i got 10 messages with transaction of 50 each being deducted. I placed a complaint on the same day they asked me to wait for a week and also check wtiith the retailer if they have got the transaction. I got a written confirmation from the retailer that it was not received by them. After 2 weeks also they are not ready to reverse the transaction and after repeatedly calling the call center they gove varied reply. Long & multiple tales of interaction with HSBC 1. No responses to SME banking customers requests including assistance in making payments for statutory taxes to government of India 2. No action on SME business banking account closure request 3. Charges debited after more than 6 months ... and without intimation 4. Multiple excuses for non action on requests 5. On threatening them with legal action, they simply close the bank account stating "AS REQUESTED BY YOU" TRULY, HSBC is meant only for financial frauds and not for normal business people....

Till 18.1.2014, the credit card account has been updated. When I pay idea mobile bill through idea bill desk. the same has been credited to the account within 1 minute. why hsbc bill desk takes 3 working days to credit to the account. the idea bill desk send the acknowledgement in the email given at the time of payment.
