DEAR SIR/MADAM I DHARMENDRA SINGH BOOKED A TABLATE ON DATAWIND.COM FOR MODEL 7CZ BY ONLINE PAYMENT OF RS. 5999 BY DEBIT CARD ON[protected], BOOKIND ID IS PM21EE9. COMPANY SAY THAT TIME THAT I WILL GET MY PRODUCT WITH IN 2-3 WEEK. BUT AFTER NEARLY 2 MONTH PASSED AND I DID NOT GET MY TABLATE. I CONTACT DATAWIND MANY TIMES BY EMAILS. the concerned authority,
I, Nikhil Dhande, had ordered Aakash 2 (ubislate 7c+) after receiving an email from datawind, in which they stated that the product is ready for delivery.
so I completed online order procedure and online payment on 9th march, 2013 by paying rs. 4799/-. but till date I haven't received the product.
since then i have been trying regularly to contact them by emails and phones but they are not at all bothered to respond. so i request you to help me by getting my product delivered to me as early as possible.
