Datawind — FAULTY PIECE DELIVERED

I had booked the UBI Slate 7 vide booking ID PMD0B7111E5A. I had sent a cheque of Rs 2,999/- to Datawing as per their email received. I did not received the piece. Hence I lodge a complaint thru this site. They called up afetr that and said that the product which I booked is not in production now and the highr version is available but I need to pay Rs 1,800/- in cash to the Courier. I received the product thru BLUEDART COURIER.

However the piece delivered to me is DEFECTIVE
The tablet is getting HANGED for any application

Please send me the replacement at the earliest
