Dear Consumer Complaint Forum,
1. I have booked and purchased an apartment in Kandivali West Linking Road with Buildup area of 1030 Sq Ft, as per allotment letter it says 665.64 carpet are. Whereas when agreement was made they mentioned 647.38 Sq.Ft. Only.
I informed/wrote Email to site office supervisor/manager but there was no response what so ever.
2. Also there was an Interest charges issues with same developer for last two years which is as per latest mail communication is waived off.
3. Due to delay in providing legal document (agreement etc) my sanctioned loan with rate 9.40% is got disbursed @ 10.40.
4. For possession they are not providing any fix date, verbally they keep providing date which is not met. Like it was suppose to be March 2012, then Jun 2012 not October 2012.
Now that agreement is done I would like to file a case again DBRealty for the lesser Sq Ft Area, higher interest I am paying due to delay in completing paper work required for disbursement of Loan amount.
since I am and NRI I do not what action to be taken against the builder/developer for the same.
Kindly assist me for the same,
