SIR, IN PHOOL BAGH WHICH IS ON LEFT HAND SIDE OF ROHTAK ROAD FROM RAMPURA RED LIGHT TO ZAKHIRE AND ADJOINING TO ASHOK PARK MAIN METRO STATION ON INDERLOK-MUNDKA LINE THERE IS ALMOST EVERY SHOP KEEPER ENCROCH THE FOOTPATH EVEN METRO FOOTPATH FOR WATER TANK TO WASH HAND AND A OPEN GARBAGE BEG.I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A AUTHORITY IS SLEEPING WHEN THAT PLACE IS HARDLY 5 FEET FROM METRO LIFT AND ALL ENCROCHMENT AT A NEERBY OF METRO STATION. EVEN FOOTPATH AND SERVICE LANE IS NOT MADE OF COAL TAR OR CEMENTED. I REQUEST YOU PLEASE VISIT THE PLACE AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE HOWEVER, METRO HAS BEEN STARTED FROM 2ND APRIL 2010 AND TODAY IS 12TH AUGUST NO WORKOUT BY ANY AUTHORITY HAS BEEN DONE. I HOPE THAT OUR AUTHORITY WILL WAKE UP AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

I would like to bring to your kind attention that DDA Encroachment of park is being done by removing barbed wire fencing to use as keeping garbage and also to use illegally as motor workshop in front of flats at E-3/44-47/ Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi-110085.

As a promising citizen of Delhi i would like to humbly request you to please take immediate action against this illegal encroachment on DDA Land as early as possible.

This is to be informed that some people have done unauthorize encroachment on the land of DDA in A-3 new kondli area near Noida more checkpost opposite punjabi dhaba and RK tailors.Some ragpickers and kabadis have built their huts there and Some people are also trying to build an unauthorise Mosque there.Complaints have been done several times but no action has been taken yet.It has also been brought in the notice of JE and other employees who works in the A-3 block office but still no response.Due to this unauthorize encroachment some people have started taking the advantage of situation .The residents of the colony are very much harassed as DDA officials and Police are not paying attention towards it.We request you to please stop this unauthorize encroachment on your land, we will be very thankfull to you.

Dear Sir
I want to draw everyone’s attention towards the encroachment of DDA / MCD land by the person with the influence of some powerful people of B- Block Avantika, Rohini, sector, Delhi with the help of local police station and other officials.



A corner shop of DDA Market B block, Avantika, Rohini, Sector – one, Delhi had been used as the flour mill since last few years. Sometimes ago a new person have bought that shop and now has encroached the nearby land by putting lantern on spare land. The Police and MCD officials of the area are well aware of this fact but they are not taking any action due to influence and understanding with the so called person and his associate influential people.


Sir, it is my sincere request that you please do the needful, remove the encroachment for the peacefull living of the people.

Sir,
Can anything be done on the case of illegal encrochment on front space of DDA flats in Mayur vihar, phase -2, pocket-E by groud floor flats owner?
Has it been legalised to encroch the space between the 2 buildings in front area ?

Please if possoble then take action.

DDA Sbi Refund for Application ID

I Have applied for DDA flat by DD from Indian Bank But i filled my SBI account no while applying for dda. My Application ID is 0577801 ..When i will be geting my refund ?
