Very bad branch i have ever seen m.K.B. Nagar branch.Every time when i go to bank their are always no staffs in the counter.Their are totally 7counters but every time only 2or3 counters are at work.I applied atm card which did not work i think they are not activated it.I told them that the atm is not working so the told to apply for a new card.I applied it before 3months but still they didn't give me they card. Every day i have to wait for 2to3hours or go back without the staff in the counter. Very very bad branch i have ever seen......

I closed my “educational loan” applied in indian bank – ariyankuppam branch for rs. 3, 96, 000 in april’2015. but the same is not updated in my cibil report as a result i have very less cibil score which is really affecting me to apply for further loans in any bank.

Please find attached the closure letter for the same from the bank. please do the needful to update my cibil report.

Respected sir/madam,

I'm adhithyaraj from tamilnadu, 604501. I got educational loan for my higher studies since my father is a farmer and not in a position to pay for my education. I did my b. Tech from 2009-2013. I got educational loan for the period 2010-2013 around 2 lakhs.

I haven't get the job for the course i've did and seeking for a job. But my bank didn't give subsidy for the interest on educational loan. They have put interest right from the beginning and now the amount is around 3 lakhs and i'm unable to pay the huge amount. Please consider my economical...

Indian Bank — Increase in locker rent without intimation.

I have locker with indian bank rajkot branch. suddenly bank increased locker rentby rs 700 and i have not recd any intimation from bank. if any service charge is increased it should intimated to customer in past they used to intimate to customer. rbi must take action for such action by bank. branch says we have recd circular from head office so we cannot do anything....

This is to inform that indian bank atm (stanly entrance) the atm machine is not working for the past three months and customers like me felt big problem when we try to get money in critical time. so kindly request to send your technicians and do the needful at earliest. as the atm center is located in entrance, so public peoples unable to withdrawn money. so plz do the needful.

This is informing you that last 15years saving account in ennore indian bank branch vide a/c no.: 497482792. Last two month may & june each rs.15/- debited my account. I am asking indian bank branch officer they say sms withdrawal amount. But i am not activate any sms alert.

Without prior information they do like this type of activities so kindly refund my amount.

Indian Bank — Thankful for the great unresponsive indian bank

I am great full with this bank. I came to know that aadaar car, election id, driving license. Etc all the identification card given by indian government are not at all identifyable material.
Relationship certificate given by a village officer is nothing showing a relation ship with any its just a piece of paper which should be in the proposal. And they dont know how we are related so but we should prove that we are related....

Indian Bank staff members in the following Branch Chanubanda post, chatrai mandal, krishna district, 521214, Andhra pradesh, . are not at all giving proper response if we ask any doubt. as of me, I opened one account in this bank, I am working in Bangalore and I gave this as my salary account, .
everything is good.,
I went to apply for ATM card by taking leave., then to receive it, I went thrice to that bank as the person who is giving ATM cards was not available..
They only asked me to come in particular day.. but when I went to receive my ATM card, no one is giving answer...

I am an indian bank account holder for about 15 yrs.at ayothiyapatnam branch, salem dt, tamilnadu.. the office staffs of this branch bank are behaving very poorly to the customers...they are talking very harshly, , especially ur asst. manager, peon, cashiers...they are hurting ..i am going to cancel my account ..this week.and i will ask explanation legally also...

A refund of Rs.610 & Rs.30 has been raised by amazon. And i got a mail from amazon that it was successfully processed on 12-APR-16. But still now I did not get any updating in my Indian bank savings account.

I am Elaiyaraja son of Mrs.Selvi. I am writing this letter behalf of my mother Selvi, Who is holding an

account (A/c no. 896559569) in your bank at this branch. I just want to bring this to your knowledge that my mother selvi came to your bank yesterday to withdraw amount of Rs.10000.00.

But the teller insisted her to withdraw the same from the ATM machine. Since my mother does not know how to operate the ATM machine, She kindly requested to help her to withdraw from the teller counter.

I have tried to book tickets through Irctc on 19th march 2016 where I tried to make the payment through Indian bank net banking where it went till otp page payment screen and I didn't receive any otp in the registered mobile number and payment of Rs.852.90 has been debited from the bank account. My name is Mohamed Ismail a loyal customer of Indian bank since year 2010. I recently did an IMPS transfer via internet banking for an amount of 17, 500 from my Indian bank personal ac to an ICICI ac on 10th Mar'16. The fund was debited from ac and surprisingly it neither reached the beneficiary nor it reversed back to my account. Since then have contacted both via phone and emails to the bank customer care, grievance section, branch, etc. its already 6days now (16th Mar'16/11:55hrs) and no action has been taken. When have checked with branch head via phone today who says...

My account number : 700717341 Golden Rock Branch. I am using the facility of mobile banking. On 18th February 2016 at 12.45 pm i tried to send Rs.5000/- to South Indian Bank account number 0388053000002001. IFSC code SIBL000038. 3 times the amount went and returned back. Finally fourth time the amount debited from my account but not credited in SIB account. I enquired about it IB manager, but they asked me to complaint in customer care. Kindly rectify this mistake and credit Rs. 5000/- to my account....

I am a valuable customer of Indian bank. I am having account since from 2005. Indian bank Sankara mutt branch kanchipuram BM not willing to give minimum level respect to customers
He is shouting at people with low class words. Even though ueducated people asking doubts politely, he is shouting and treating customers as his slave and not giving proper response to customers.
