Indian Bank — An amount of Rs 920/- has been debited from my account twice

It's been a nightmare since I have been used Indian Bank card on my SWIPE PURCHASE AT Navigator show room Chennai, on 26 June 2016. An amount of Rs 920/- has been debited from my account twice. Regarding this I have been visited my Branch almost 10 times. And complaint also filed on various occasion. Hence I didn't got any solutions from your side. I didn't got my refund yet. I also submitted a statement of Navigator Show room their it shows it was debited once. I have been spoke to Branch manager for 10 times he is telling me he is not an authorized person to make a refund. Hence its a CARD PURCHASE...

Indian Bank — Clearing of cheques

I have current account no. 962264801 in indian bank, vrindavan branch.
I presented two cheques as per following details -
1. Cheque no. 51904, axis bank, amount - rs. 21599. Date of presentation - 17/8/2016
2. Cheque no. 012206, axis bank, amout rs. 26815, date of presentation - 20-8-2016
Although i presented cheques on 17/8/2016 and 20/8/2016, my account has not been credited by your vrindavan branch till date....

I transfer money through my mobile app indpay on 10th august 2016. But its not credited beneficiary account until now. I got following message after transfer money

"mobile imps transaction of rs 4000.00 to ngprmsselvavinayaga was successful. Ref no : 004736735 - indianbank"

Indian Bank — Credit card fraud

Some unknown miscreants debited money from my account on 05.7.16 of salary credited from the office of local administrative department, karaikal.We said to bank manager they gave assurance for us but next month on 31.07.16 also I lost my salary. I'm really spinach on about August month. If it will continue i can't run my family which will create lot of problems mentally. As such i request that early action may be taken to recover my lost amount and this will not be happened in future....

Hello I'm Shobhit Srivastava..I'm having an account with ur bank(A/c no - 6272119274) with this I'm having an RD(No - 6307655221) also which will mature on 29/01/2017.As I'm in need so I want to close this RD urgently as I've opened it through online banking..when I'm trying to close it through my online banking account under closing e-TDA option there it's showing NO RECORDS AVAILABLE...In this regards I've spoken to the internet department now I'm able to enter the details under closing e-TDA option but whenever I'm entering the details its showing the error.ive sent an mail three times to ebanking@indianbank.co.in...

Indian Bank — Amount debited but did not receive recharge

I had done recharge for airtel network for 400 rupees through indpay application. The payment id is 223130521 and transcation id is indbip10081617194143. The payment status is mentioned as paid but i did not receive the recharge. Though the money has been debited from the account, i neither have it got back nor got the amount recharged. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible....

I smt bedabati sahu having account no 518654810 at berhapur, hanuman bazar branch submitted a written request for my bank locker no 139 at hanuman bazar branch on 13/01/2016 as my husband was seriously sick (Multiple carcinoma and lower portion body paralyzed) to open the locker as the key is misplaced. I went to brach with all medical report.

Since january till this date i have visited so many times but no avail. My husband sri balarm sahu passed away on march 12/2016. During my husband was sick i have visited so many times as i needed money for the multiple complex...

Very bad branch i have ever seen m.K.B. Nagar branch.Every time when i go to bank their are always no staffs in the counter.Their are totally 7counters but every time only 2or3 counters are at work.I applied atm card which did not work i think they are not activated it.I told them that the atm is not working so the told to apply for a new card.I applied it before 3months but still they didn't give me they card. Every day i have to wait for 2to3hours or go back without the staff in the counter. Very very bad branch i have ever seen......

I closed my “educational loan” applied in indian bank – ariyankuppam branch for rs. 3, 96, 000 in april’2015. but the same is not updated in my cibil report as a result i have very less cibil score which is really affecting me to apply for further loans in any bank.

Respected sir/madam,

I'm adhithyaraj from tamilnadu, 604501. I got educational loan for my higher studies since my father is a farmer and not in a position to pay for my education. I did my b. Tech from 2009-2013. I got educational loan for the period 2010-2013 around 2 lakhs.

I haven't get the job for the course i've did and seeking for a job. But my bank didn't give subsidy for the interest on educational loan. They have put interest right from the beginning and now the amount is around 3 lakhs and i'm unable to pay the huge amount. Please consider my economical...

I have locker with indian bank rajkot branch. suddenly bank increased locker rentby rs 700 and i have not recd any intimation from bank. if any service charge is increased it should intimated to customer in past they used to intimate to customer. rbi must take action for such action by bank. branch says we have recd circular from head office so we cannot do anything....

This is to inform that indian bank atm (stanly entrance) the atm machine is not working for the past three months and customers like me felt big problem when we try to get money in critical time. so kindly request to send your technicians and do the needful at earliest. as the atm center is located in entrance, so public peoples unable to withdrawn money. so plz do the needful.
