[Resolved]  DDA — DDA Rohini Scheme - 1981

In reply to the questions raised in Lok Sabha, UD Ministry has already submitted “Clearing of Rohini back log by end of 2006”. As the submissions made by UD Ministry have not been fulfilled, all concerning officials have already been approached through live representation or written grievances. Instead of replying/ answering clearly and completely, DDA is still trying to hoodwink us and “hoodwinking replies” have again been highlighted by me through my recent letter addressed to Hon’ble Prime Minister and other officials (off course not DDA officials).

About 100 waiting registrants are already in touch with each other are meeting concerned officials to get resolve this 27 year old “injustice”. National print/ electronic media people are also being contacted to highlight this “Public Interest Issue”. Many “startling facts” have already been collected through RTI Act and now we are also planning to approach the appropriate court for speedy justice. Unconfirmed reports are that DDA is coming with a[protected] plot draw in coming 2-3 months and rest will be cleared in coming 20-22 months.

"Rohini Residential scheme - 1981" case has already been taken up with 'Directorate of Public Grievance - Cabinet Secretariat - GOI' and a Grievance acknowledgement number has already been issued by PG Department.

Many startling details and facts including “DDA’s wrong doings in past” have already been collected using RTI Act. Chief Information Commission (CIC) has also been approached for not complying the RTI Act. Not only this, this case has already been raised with all appropriate offices including ‘President’s office’ of Central as well as State Govt.

Legal action should be taken against all the irresponsible dda officers

My priority no is 3218 against application no 238977 dt. 23.03.1981. I am still waiting for the allotment. Even after contacting the concerned authorities several times I have not been given any satisfactory reply. I would like to know as to when my plot will be alloted to me.

Dear Sir,

I am the occupant of Flat No.201, Pkt.4, Sector 24, Aakash Ganga Apartments, Rohini, Delhi-110087.

There is a sewer leakage in the surrounding of Flat No.197 to 212 and the sewer filth is flowing in the drains meant for exit of rain water. The whole area right from FLAT NO.197 TO FLAT NO.212 is full of nausating smell which is eminating from this place. It is almost impossible to move around this place and we the residents of the above flats have to shut our doors and windows during this summer season due to the unbearing small. This complaint has also been lodged in the register at the gate of this pocket. We all request your honour to kindly take immediate action and get the needful done.

Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has already been accepted by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court against DDA on this scheme on 06.05.2009.

my father booked d plot under this scheme.At that time it was not easy to collect even that amount of money which was asked by dda.And now even after twenty eight years from registry we have not got any response frm dda.They have got land for auction but not for the people whom they have committed long time ago.

I want you to raise this question on my behalf:

The Commitment was done by "THE GOVT. OF INDIA" and not by any private dealer.This is the matter of shame for dda officials as well as govt. for not fulfilling their commitment.
and y d hel we shud get 60 mtrs plot wen commitment was for 90 mtrs.We submitted the same amount of money as submitted by other people who have already got their 90 mtrs. plot.What is d reason for this discrimination?
I think we have already waited for so long and have already reached the height of patience.
The high court should give decision on this as soon as possible witout any further delay.

Hi, My father booked a plot under the 1981 scheme. I want to confirm if those have been completed or still not out, the problem is the address that we have in DDA records is our old address and we no longer stay there, can anyone tell me how to get the address updated.

I had applied for a 90 mtr plot under Rohini Scheme 1981. It is about 30 yrs now and I am still waiting
for the same. DDA was created to look after the needs of the common people. It now seems that it
is only working for the big people. It has plots for the institutions, for the societies, for the hospitals
and various other projects and not for the common man. Why so. One can smell as to why man is
being ignored. DDA is simply a den of corruption. This came to light in the recent draw of houses.
They do not have any moral charector. They are working as a property dealer and minting money and
they are not bothered about the 25000 people who are suffering for the last 30 years. Moreover,
our inspite of approaching all the higher authorities, nothing has been done so far. They simply
forward the file to other department and think that their job is done. At the time of election these netas
show us big khwabs and after winning, they simply forget, and, if reminded, they wag their heads.
Now the time has come and we will have to wake the authorities by approaching the court and we
should not delay that.

i applied in Rohini Residential Scheme 1981 for MIG Plot and deposited rs. 5000 vide receipt no.09112 dated 19.03.1981. It is quite unfortunate that DDA has not fulfilled its promise of giving Plots in the Scheme. inspite of a lapse of about more than 28 years. It is learnt that more than 25000 applicants are yet to get the plot. A few years back the DDA gave me priority no 11586 but no action is being taken in that direction also.
It is not understood as to why the DDA can launch dozens of Other Schemes and allot plots, flats etc. apart from auctioning commercial plots at huge prices running in hundreds of Crores, without bothering to fulfill its commitment in this Scheme. The DDA was formed primarily to meet its social objective of meeting housing needs for common people. Instead IT HAS BECOME A COMMERCIAL SHOP EARNING HUGE PROFITS IN BILLIONS AT THE COST OF THE POOR COMMON PEOPLE.. It is hightime that DDA is directed to take immediate action for the purpose to rectiry its wrongdoings of the past without further delay. A DELAYED JUSTICE IS DENIED JUSTICE. BUT BETTE LATE THAN NEVER

All DDA officials are corrupt and they are making money by taking the bribe from innocent and poor people of Delhi. some of the corrupt people are in DDA.

1. Rajendra Bhatt--- Deputy Direcetor...( lives in Dilshad Colony 110095)..earns 5 lakhs ruppes per month only by taking bribe
2. Sudhanshu Sharma-- Ex Engineer

Why the govenment and vigilance deptt does not take any action against these.

My sincere gratitude and Salute to you for the efforts you have made for the commen cause.What is the latest position of the PIL filed by vigilinet applicant like you. I had also applied in Rohini 1981 scheme and my priorty number is 11326, retired in2006 from service yet not allotted plot.

I had applied for a plot of 48 mtrs under rohini scheme 1981 but even after my retirement in 2008 I have

not so far been given the plot. I hope not to get the same till my death. DDA ke corruption ki had ho gai.

Not only DDA is the worst body in India but the Urban Ministry is the worst ministry in the World.

Shame to both. But I have full faith in the judiciary of India. I think only honourable judiciary should
